Rules:

You must do flybys before orbits, and orbits before landings. Unless its phobos/deimos or captured asteroid. though there are exceptions

If you already did a full flyby, orbit, and landing of a planet of the same tier as the one you're traveling to you can skip to a landing.

Tiers: Moon: tier 1, Mars + Venus: tier 2, Jupiter + Saturn: Tier 3, mercury: tier 4, uranus and neptune: tier 5, all other outer planets: tier 6

You need LES for crewed flights.

To upgrade comms you need to send a commms satellite there

No unrealistic rocket proportions (for example large fairings, and rockets that shouldn't fly)

You can't do crewed orbits or further until you do a crewed suborbital launch.

You can't randomly launch rockets to pluto if you haven't even gone interplanetary, far interplanetary, or even just going to orbit

BP editing is allowed just don't BP edit abuse. You can use heat on for creative use in the bp editing files but only for stuff that needs clipped engines like custom LES's.

Collaboration is allowed!

Please include a few screenshots of your launches or we can't verify it happened

Most of the time you have to do unmanned events before manned events like going to the moon you have to do it unmanned first and fully finish the unmanned version

You can launch a lot/day

Every launch must have a clear purpose (testing, research, mission goals, or progression). Purely random or empty launches are not allowed.

Please follow the tech tree

Missions must scale realistically. Small progression steps are required (for example: LEO → HEO → lunar orbit → landing).

Mission feasibility matters. Overly far-fetched missions may be ruled as failures, while realistic step-up missions are more likely to succeed.

Rejected launches aren't strikes but ssdcat or roshan can give strikes if it seems widly out of the rules. and if you get 3 strikes your kicked

Whats Prestige?

Prestige is a cosmetic score to measure how much novel things your program has done.

You get 2 prestige for first manned events.

You get 1 prestige for first unmanned events.

You get 0.25 prestige for first uncontrollable unmanned events (though if a unmanned probe already did what your uncontrollable craft reached then it dosen't count)

Claims

If you land on a celestial body after completing the required progression (orbit → flyby → landing), you may claim up to 50% ownership of that body. For captured asteroids, Phobos, and Deimos, a direct landing is sufficient. Claim percentage scales with base size and permanence. Trading of territorial claims is allowed. If an agency controls more than 80% of a moon or planet (excluding Phobos, Deimos, and captured asteroids), they may temporarily launch from that body by changing the Space Center settings file. After the launch, the Space Center must be reverted back to Earth. You must also rebuild infrastructure so at first you only have suborbital tech on that, etc.

Relations

Communication power

You would have to roleplay that you can't control the spacecraft if you lose comms. If you launched your rocket before this was added then this dosen't apply

Normal comms: Up to HEO

Lunar grade comms: Earth's entire SOI

Interplanetary: Ceres to venus

Maxed out: Jupiter to mercury

Why isn't there higher levels? You can have ground antennas to amplify them.
